Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Payments are due as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in service suspension.

7. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the specific service agreement. Custom development work is generally non-refundable once commenced. Monthly subscription services may be cancelled with appropriate notice as specified in your agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InBotix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InBotix, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of service delivery. This obligation survives the termination of services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
